FLORAL DESIGN
& COORDINATION

We consider it to be a privilege to be included in one of the biggest days of your lives. We know we aren’t just designing and creating florals, but creating an experience for you and your guests and memories to last a lifetime.

Our team will set the scene for an unforgettable event with exceptional florals and expert design. With studios in Southeastern CT and Martha’s Vineyard we cover a wide area and Yes, we travel!

A little more about our process…

  • First, let’s see if we are a good fit for each other. A good working relationship, based on trust, is paramount. We are happy to meet you in one of our studios or via Zoom. Once we discuss your ideas and vision we will send you a customized quote.

  • We are here for your overall vision and design for your big day from florals to candles, draping, paper, etc. We will invite you to use our software called Aisle Planner where we can easily create design boards together that reflect your vision.

  • Once the quote is approved (this often takes a few edits), we will send you a contract. We will be ready for your big day and will be excited to work with the rest of the vendor team you have carefully chosen.

 STATIONERY

To us, every detail of your wedding day matters… especially your invitation suite. It will give your guests a glimpse into what your day will look like. At the end of the wedding so many of our clients expressed that this was their favorite part of the day. It is a way for you to show the unique parts of you as a couple. Whether you know exactly what you want or you only have a few small ideas, we will work with you from start to finish. Every element of design is considered from color, font, paper stock, color palettes and themes are put together for you by hand.

BEFORE WE START DESIGNING…

  • Bring your inspiration - photos of your dress, details of your venue, color scheme, a collection of things you like related to the big day. Feel free to send screenshots or web links in advance. We’ll meet at our studio in CT or Martha’s Vineyard or via Zoom, where we can share samples of our past work with you, do some brainstorming, and discuss budget, size of your order, timeline and any other elements. This is where it gets exciting!

  • Based on our conversation we will put together a design for you to review. If we need to make any changes on color, font or paper stock we will do that until we get it right. Once you approve, we will send you a quote and, once approved, a contract with a 50% deposit.

  • Your invitations will go out for production and once they are ready we will hand assemble your entire suite for you to pick up or we can ship them to you.

  • Your invitations are ready to be stamped and mailed. Be sure to have one weighed at the post office for proper postage rate. Wedding invitations should be sent 8-10 weeks before your wedding (12 weeks for destination weddings).
